Nicholas Susalis commenced his law enforcement career in 1974. In 1978, Mr. Susalis was appointed to the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office where he investigated various criminal events and ascended through the ranks to Chief of Detectives.
He has received advanced training from the FBI, DEA, ATF, New Jersey State Police, National Academy for Polygraph Science, New Jersey State Medical Examiner's Office, The National College of District Attorneys, and the NJ Prosecutors Association. Mr. Susalis has an extensive background in interviewing, interrogation, polygraph, grand jury and trial preparation.
Mr. Susalis holds his degree from York College of Pennsylvania and has also attended Millersville State and Rutgers Universities. Mr. Susalis founded N. Susalis and Associates, Inc. in 2001.
Danae Grade has earned her Master of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from DeSales University in 2008 and earned a Post-Graduate Paralegal Certificate from a program of study approved by the American Bar Association.
She has 25 years of extensive investigative experience that includes trial support, jury trial research, due diligence investigations, social media investigations, pharmaceutical litigation, tobacco and product liability litigation, environmental investigations, insurance fraud and ring fraud investigations, surveillance and undercover operations.
Mrs. Grade is an active member of the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association (NJLPIA), New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), and is a licensed Private Investigator in New Jersey and Illinois.
John Kuczynski commenced his law enforcement career in 1985 during which time he served with the Somerset County Jail and then the Somerset County Sheriff's Department. Mr. Kuczynski became a municipal police officer ascending to the rank of Department Commander with the Clinton Township Police Department.
Through Mr. Kuczynski's municipal police service, he has received extensive specialized training in various investigative disciplines from both State and Federal agencies. Mr. Kuczynski's training includes advanced criminal investigation techniques, interview, and interrogation. Mr. Kuczynski is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a Certified Public Manager designation.
In 2011, Mr. Kuczynski was named Chief of Detectives for the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office. In that position, he supervised investigative staff, served as a public information officer, served as a bias incident liaison, formulated professional standards for the agency, and coordinated with local, state, and federal agencies regarding Homeland Security.
